Three FR10 puck pickup edits already. Grip still crooked. What physical checks come before another offset?

Check fitted fingers, mount and fixture location first, with maintenance safely isolating the equipment for inspection.

Maintenance has it isolated. Replacement finger fitted before the first edit. Stores checking its reference.

Check the actual finger, not just the issue slip. I've seen the right bin contain the wrong insert. What does the fitted contact look like against the puck?

One face contacts at the puck's radius. Toolroom comparing finger geometry and fixture seating height.

Keep the edited programs for that review too. Restored tooling may make those offsets wrong.

Is the puck seated at the drawing height? A wrong fixture insert can move the contact onto the radius even with the correct fingers.

Not checked yet. Added it to the inspection, program copies retained. No cause agreed.

Our shifts kept writing adjusted pickup and nobody knew which physical change preceded it. Put the actual finding in the handover when you have one, with the tray and tool references. Future you will be less annoyed.
