I stood beside the mill with the proposed unloading drawing and could not work out where the gripper was meant to go. The brass blank follows a clear line out of the fixture, but there is no tool around it and the open door is barely an outline. We are choosing an arm from this. What should I ask the supplier and machine owner to put together first?
Current machine survey and complete loaded-tool model, owned by one combined layout review. Check the survey is actually your mill. One of my current proposals borrowed an opening from the neighbouring machine and inherited clearance it didn't have.
Machine owner has supplied our opening and inside handle position. Toolmaker's assembly is still missing its connection fittings. Integrator has marked the path provisional and owns the comparison now.
Have the unresolved fitting space shown, not quietly omitted. And include the blank at its proposed grip depth through withdrawal. An accurate model of an empty gripper isn't your unloading job.
The provisional envelope intersects the handle on the original approach. They're comparing another approach from the same base. Setter is checking changeover access alongside it, not after an arm order.
Please post whether the complete fitting arrangement changes that result. A provisional envelope can reject an obvious clash, but the final tool still needs its turn in the comparison.
