I'm sorting the paperwork for a delivered FR10 fixture-loading package. The external model labels agree with our order, but the pendant connection in the supplied guide doesn't match the visible assembly. I've asked again and received the same guide with a different filename.
It's still unpowered. What can I put in one message to get this to someone who can identify the correct documentation?
Send the equipment labels and a wide photo showing where the connector sits, with the guide page beside them; a close-up alone may leave support guessing which assembly they're looking at
Done. Their technical contact says the guide covers an earlier supplied assembly, but hasn't given us the applicable revision. At least someone has acknowledged the mismatch.
No part reference yet. I've asked them to match the visible label in our photo to the correct assembly and guide. Thanks, David; earlier wasn't much of an answer once I read it back.
Interested to hear what they send, because I'd leave the connection alone until the responsible technical person has reconciled it with your delivered kit
