What should I capture before our FR10 unload message disappears?

Our connector unload pauses, then the message changes before I get the phone out. The seller has two videos of the stopped FR10 and says they need the fault detail. What should I ask the shift to capture with the next occurrence?

Can maintenance retrieve the event message and active step for one recorded occurrence time?

They found the event, but the video time was wrong. Phone clock hadn't updated. We're matching a fresh report using the cell's displayed time.
