Our FR5 stop video begins after the housing has left the fixture

I have a stopped FR5, an empty fixture and a housing in the tool on our phone video. It does not show which fixture condition changed before the stop. The seller we used through Alibaba has asked for more information during a 46-day ticket. I want to send something they can use.

Ask which step is waiting and what it expects from the fixture. Then get the preceding events, full message and program revision around one identified occurrence. Your clip may help show where the housing ended up, but it has missed the part that could explain why.

Author says unloading waits for the fixture to report its release condition. We have the job revision and the stop time. Maintenance is checking whether that condition was captured in the old export.

Does release condition have an actual signal name and source in their reply? I'd want that nailed down before somebody sends fifty columns of interesting-looking bits.

Yes, a named input from the fixture interface. The old export includes it but calls it a different name. Maintainer has traced the mapping and is sending the unchanged source file with that explanation.

Include the fixture reference too, so the author can check that the mapping and expected condition belong to the installed arrangement rather than a previous version.

Confirmed against the installed fixture. The input drops during release in the captured occurrence. Maintenance found a loose target fixing; the author agrees that loss explains the hold in this program revision.

Mei's question is worth answering before the repeat checks. Also retain the old position and fixing finding in the repair note. Otherwise all anybody remembers is adjusted sensor, and the same investigation starts again if it moves.

Sam, agreed, but give maintenance room to inspect the mounting properly rather than treating the old position as automatically correct. A loose target might have been wrong before it started wandering.

Mei, target undamaged; its fixing had loosened. Maintenance inspected the mounting and restored it against the fixture drawing. Hana, they did not copy the as-found position. Integrator has agreed the repeat unloading checks.

Hana, yes, I meant preserve the observation, not reinstate it as the setting. Chen's drawing check is the important part there.

Repeat checks completed with the integrator and both shift leads, using the normal housing range through unloading and receiving release. The confirmation stayed present where expected and no stop recurred in those checks. Maintenance has the fixing inspection in the handover. We have closed this ticket.
