Send both references with the order and crate identifiers in one joint enquiry. Require the seller's dated physical handover evidence and the agent's mapping to a warehouse receipt, or an explicit statement that receipt is unconfirmed. Keep the cable contents question attached; locating a crate would not independently prove everything packed inside.
