our fr10 pickup points are collecting patches

The housing starts leaning, somebody nudges a point, and the next person inherits a slightly different job. Nobody seems to own the whole mess. The tray looks fixed. That's the entire case for leaving it alone. I'd like maintenance to check the tray, housing seats and gripper before we blame the FR10. What should I put in front of them so this doesn't become another quick tweak?

Where does the lean first appear, Ben? In the pocket before pickup, between the fingers, or after the housing leaves the tray? That observation would give maintenance a starting point rather than a list of everything on the bench.

It's already leaning in the pocket. I checked the clip from before the fingers arrive. Which makes our heroic coordinate editing look a bit silly.

Check the bottom of that pocket. A tray can be fixed and still be filthy.

We had a sliver of packing material under a small moulding once. Took ages to find because everyone looked at the arm and then at the top of the part. Maintenance needs the pocket as found, not after somebody helpfully cleans away the explanation.

Anika, you were right about the bottom. A broken plastic locating piece was lying under the housing. Maintenance kept it and took the pocket out for inspection. Beth, nobody got to tidy this one first.

Was that piece part of the pocket, or loose material from elsewhere? It changes what else needs inspecting

Jane's distinction is important. Ben, can maintenance identify where it broke from? The next housing could sit straight after cleaning while the damaged support remains.

And who has the accumulated point changes now? I'd hate to fix the pocket and inherit those.

Jane and Anna, it broke from the pocket's locating strip. Replacement is being made to its drawing. Beth, the integrator has the saved job versions and is sorting out which changes came after the leaning started. No more mystery nudges.

Good. Cleaning wasn't going to grow that strip back.

Has the repaired pocket been checked through pickup and release yet, Ben? Interested whether it also explains the later handling trouble
