I'd send the assembly labels and clear outside views together. I've had a seller respond to one photograph while overlooking the label that explained the mismatch. Ask for the document revision covering that identified assembly, not just another copy of the same guide.
Cannot authorise setup with this FR10 connection guide

Sent the controller, pendant and cable labels with the guide cover. I have kept everything unpowered. The order description matches the outside package labels.
11 pointsWhich connection is different? On a teaching package I helped with, the drawing showed a separate junction box that was absent from the delivered arrangement. The page looked almost right until you traced where the cable ended.
14 pointsGuide shows a junction between the pendant lead and cabinet. Our supplied lead has a different cabinet-end connector. I have not tried to make it fit.
8 pointsThen put both ends of that supplied lead in the photo set. The cabinet picture alone may let them keep answering about the socket instead of the cable you received.
12 pointsYes, and keep the wider picture in there. Close-ups are good until support has to guess which item they're close-ups of.
1 pointsWho is checking the answer locally before anything gets connected?
8 pointsOur installer. They want a confirmed component list and matching documentation before scheduling the connection work. We do not have either yet.
0 pointsIs the seller passing this to technical support or answering it themselves? We lost a lot of time getting perfectly cheerful replies from someone who could only resend the sales attachments.
-2 pointsThat's worth asking, Owen. I'd want the technical answer to refer to your labels explicitly. 'Suitable for FR10' still leaves the whole assembly question untouched.
15 pointsThey have forwarded it to a technician and named them. New reply says the supplied lead should be checked against their build list. At least somebody is asking about the right thing.
20 pointsHave they supplied that build list, or just said they will compare it?
19 pointsOnly said they will compare it. I have asked for the relevant references and their conclusion in writing for our installer.
14 pointsKeep the installer copied in. Otherwise you become the person translating a connection answer you were asking them to verify.
25 pointsAny actual document revision from the technician yet? Interested whether this is the wrong book, wrong lead, or both. Their new contact is progress, but your bench still sounds stuck.
7 pointsFiona, mine stayed stuck after someone called a delivery dent cosmetic. I am quite keen on getting the actual assessment now. Owen, has your installer received the same correspondence you have?
19 pointsYes, installer has the full exchange. Technician now identifies the supplied lead as wrong for this delivered cabinet assembly and proposes a replacement. Installer is reviewing those references.
17 pointsReplacement reference agreed with the installer. Seller has not confirmed dispatch. Thanks, Nina, for asking about both ends; that photo finally got the cable itself discussed.
13 pointsHas the matching guide been supplied as well? You started with two things that didn't agree.
