Our FR10 arrived with one timber brace loose inside the crate. There is a deep scrape and a raised edge on the wrist cover where the brace rested. We have not connected power. I sent the seller wide and close photos, but the reply only asks for a running video. How do I get this passed to someone who can assess the damage?

Ask the seller to arrange a qualified inspection before power is connected. Send the robot identification with the photos and ask who will assess that raised edge, including possible damage beneath it. Keep the brace and packaging. A running video is not a sensible first assessment of an impact.
