Fault report says gripper, log says fixture wait

Our FR10 stopped unloading a polymer sleeve, so I reported a gripper problem to the seller we used through Alibaba. My only evidence was the part staying in the fixture. Now the exported log mentions a fixture wait. I need to correct the ticket without replacing one guess with another.

Can I ask whether the fingers had actually closed, or was that only what you expected at that point in the cycle?

Only expected. The clip starts with the arm stationary and no clear view of the fingers. I sent support the original log, sequence step and that correction. No confirmed gripper fault, despite what my subject line said.

Then ask them which fixture condition that step requires and what your saved diagnostics show for it, that should give the next observation a purpose instead of another broad video request
