Returned our FR10 pendant to the agreed address. Delivery signature saved. Seller keeps saying service will advise, but cannot provide an intake reference. Tray station still unavailable.

Ask the seller to have service match the pendant serial and return agreement to a physical item. Another delivery confirmation would only send you round the same circle.

Service says the carton reached their building. No serial match yet. Asked them to check the actual pendant, not just the delivery book.

Have they named the person doing that check? I mean the service contact responsible for finding it, not another sales address to copy in.

Named a service coordinator now. No item confirmation from them yet. At least the next question has a recipient instead of an audience.
