Our UR5e sample station is still out of service. Seller requested the controller return, courier delivered to their confirmed address, forty-nine days gone. Nobody can give me an intake number. Where would you push next?

Ask the service desk to trace the parcel from the delivery reference and controller identity together.

Sent both. Sales kept searching our original purchase number. The courier reference apparently never reached service.

Do they have the return agreement and the exact service address in that same enquiry?

Yes, Maya. Service has now found the parcel in receiving. Controller label matches. They sent an intake number, no assessment yet.

That is a useful step. Is your original fault description attached to the intake?

And the return agreement. Receiving the hardware may not have brought the other attachments across.

The intake email only attaches the parcel photo. I've replied with the fault report and return agreement, asking service to confirm both against their number.

Keep that number on further enquiries. Has service named who will handle the assessment?
