It's ours. Mark matches the packing photo and the consolidator confirmed they've got it. Still waiting to book the next leg. So all those shipped replies meant it's sitting in a warehouse. Would've been nice to hear that the first time.

Ask which reference will track the next movement and who will supply it. You now have a confirmed handoff, but the old parcel page may remain uninformative
