Pausing transferring fixture samples because the connection guide looks wrong

Our Fairino FR5 arrived from an unnamed seller in China with external labels matching the order. The guide shows different connections around the supplied tool interface. I asked for the applicable manual 44 days ago without a useful reply. We bought it for transferring fixture samples, and I've kept the setup unpowered.

Does your message include both equipment identifiers, a connection photo, and the guide page? Those give support a specific mismatch to find.

I've the arm and controller identifiers plus a photo of the supplied tool interface. The drawing doesn't match, and the manual filename gives no controller configuration.

@HazelBaker0484 Put those together in a short request for the applicable document and confirmation of its configuration. Keep the setup off while connection identity is uncertain.
