Our FR5 blank reaches the fixture without anything holding it

The FR5 proposal draws our polymer blank at the fixture. Gripper and open door absent. What access review is missing?

The full tool holding the blank, against a survey of the actual open door, through the required movement. Also the setter's fixture-change space; somebody has to live with the layout

Tooling has two possible adapters. Neither is selected. Should both go into that comparison?

Yes, as identified options with their complete assemblies. Don't combine the shorter adapter's envelope with the other option's price and call it one candidate.

Does either assembly include hose fittings, Chloe? Those are often left as somebody else's detail.

One includes them. The other drawing stops at the gripper body. I've requested the missing arrangement.

And the blank at its intended grip depth.

The actual door survey can proceed while those options are completed. Otherwise you risk discovering the same missing obstruction twice, once for each nice new tool drawing

Have the integrator own that combined comparison. Separate sketches from tooling and the machine surveyor are useful inputs, not two independent approvals.

Integrator owns it. Setter has added the fixture-removal route. Open-door survey remains outstanding.

Who supplies the adapter if one is chosen? Include its identity in the replacement-tool handover.

Still no accepted route, then.

Correct, Theo. Toby, tooling supplier for either adapter; the selected assembly would get one controlled parts list.

Keep both loaded withdrawal and empty return in the route review when the survey arrives. Reaching the fixture does not show that the released tool can leave it.
