Which UR5e sleeve-loading condition disappears before our waiting message?

Our UR5e sleeve-loading video shows the waiting message but not what disappeared before it. Seller support wants the missing condition identified. The program and installed fixture are known; I need our maintainer and the package author to agree the useful event window instead of collecting another still picture of the wait.

Ask the author which confirmation feeds that step, then have the maintainer compare its transitions around the stop with the earlier normal case. Keep the fixture identity attached to both.

Author identified fixture-accepted confirmation. The retained interval shows it falling before the wait, with the fixture still appearing seated in the video. Maintainer has the intended arrangement and the source of that input.

We had a fixture looking fully home while its confirmation lead was intermittent. Not saying yours is the cable, but a clear picture of the seat didn't settle the signal path for us. Give maintenance both pieces of the story.

Has maintenance established whether the physical seat changed or the confirmation was lost elsewhere? The trace narrows the work, but the visible fixture alone cannot answer that distinction.

Maintenance traced an intermittent break in the fixture confirmation lead. They documented the fault with the fixture seated and identified the specified replacement. That matches the captured loss; they have not changed the program to ignore it.

Is the replacement the intended lead assembly, including its mounting arrangement? We needed that specified together; a cable lying wherever it happened to reach was how our first repair became another callout.

Yes, intended assembly and routing confirmed. Maintenance replaced the lead and restored its mounting. Installer is doing the agreed return checks with the operator, including the genuine unavailable-fixture case.

Keep that unavailable case in the result. A completed transfer is useful, but you also need to know the corrected connection still leaves the intended wait when its condition is absent.

Both checks passed: normal sleeve loading completes, and the unavailable fixture still produces the intended wait. Operator followed the revised fault note and found the named confirmation lead in the diagram. This captured fault is closed with the repair result.

Did you retain the bad lead for the maintenance lesson? That would be a much more useful example than another instruction saying check all cables.
