Thirty-seven days into this ticket, I want the author to name the actual condition in the installed job before we gather another video.

Does the retained job export identify the waiting step and the preceding request or confirmation for that same occurrence?

It does. The selected receiving tray is recorded too. Sent that with the full lead-in; the technical contact is checking why their first reply described the source branch.
