An inherited cell I supported had one trained person and three shifts. Training had been supplied, but coverage had not. Ask both offers to name who gets trained, on which tasks, and who prepares the material for the remaining operators.

6 pointsInclude changeover and expected recovery tasks, with time for supervised practice. A demonstration to the project lead is not the same job as preparing operators to run the installed station.
