Our UR5e kit-packing estimate says training included. One offer means a supplier session; the other means our staff teach everyone. The totals hide that difference.

An inherited cell I supported had one trained person and three shifts. Training had been supplied, but coverage had not. Ask both offers to name who gets trained, on which tasks, and who prepares the material for the remaining operators.

One person on the supplier session. Our offer comparison assumed every shift covered. That line needs reopening.

Include changeover and expected recovery tasks, with time for supervised practice. A demonstration to the project lead is not the same job as preparing operators to run the installed station.

Scopes sent back. Also found guarding installation excluded from one total, fixture acceptance trial unpriced in both.

Show those as explicit open costs with owners. Have the complete safety design and validation scope reviewed too, so an enclosure price doesn't become the whole allowance by accident.

Can you walk both suppliers through one ordinary order before asking for new totals? It might uncover more missing steps without buying anything. Including the bench clear-down, which somehow never gets a starring role.

Walk-through agreed. Training responsibility is now priced separately; fixture trial and complete installation allowances still open. No cheapest offer yet.

Who will provide cover while your trainer does that work, Thomas? Internal training needs a place in the production plan as well as the cost sheet.
