Our FR10 housing ticket needs an answer about the waiting step

Setup sheet says H2, Victor, but the fixture label is outside the video. I've asked maintenance to verify it from the changeover record rather than assume today's fixture was fitted then.

Keep that uncertainty in the ticket until verified. Our trainees are very good at producing a clear photograph of the current setup, which is not always the setup that stopped.

Did the changeover record settle H2 for that occurrence?

Yes. H2 and drawing revision C, no intervening change before the captured stop. Support has confirmed the step is waiting for the fixture-clear signal and named its PLC source.

That gives the technician a specific capture target. Ask for the source state and observation time around the wait, not only the operator page after it has refreshed.

Who can export that trace on the other shift?

Both shift technicians can. We have the requested interval and signal list in the ticket, with H2 revision C, so the next capture won't depend on me being there.

Have them try the instruction against a retained occurrence where possible. Access to the page and knowing which interval to save are different parts of the handover.
