Waiting for fixture empty. Screen says occupied although the spacer is in the gripper. I'll get the signal trace; the phone shot doesn't show the fixture indication properly.

Does occupied come straight from a sensor, or does the fixture application remember a previous state? The supplier may need the underlying input as well as the word on the screen.

Found the raw input in the capture. It stays occupied through the wait, then changes and the sequence continues. Saved a clean cycle beside it, same spacer type.

Jamie, I'd include the sensor identification with that request. Ravi may be looking for an object in a beam, but we haven't established what kind of sensing it uses.

It's optical. Fixture maintainer found the loose retaining flap occasionally hanging across its view after pickup. Sensor itself responds when the flap is secured; damaged flap fastening needs repair.

Send the seller that finding against the captured occupied input, so they don't keep chasing an arm fault while the fixture repair is arranged.

Fastening repaired and flap position checked through loading and removal. Repeated transfers with the usual spacers now clear occupied as they leave; no waits. Cheers Jamie, the screen trace got us somewhere.
