The seller sent a handover message for our FR10 sorting package, including the matching controller cable. The freight agent is still waiting for warehouse receipt and quotes another number. Forty-eight days of this, and I still cannot tell the parts-preparation team where the crate is. What would establish which party actually has it?
The document names a local collection firm. Agent says it has no warehouse entry under that number. I have asked the collection firm to confirm the crate mark and destination.
Does the seller have the collection firm's signed receipt, or only an instruction to collect? Similar-looking paperwork can leave those two sides arguing about different events.
If they produce a handover, check the crate marks and listed package contents before treating it as your FR10. A date and a vehicle alone can describe somebody else's collection.
I'd also keep the controller cable named in the receiving list. Once the location issue is settled, it will be easy for the complete-package question to disappear behind a delivery tick.
