One FR10 crate received against a two-package description

Our FR10 arm crate arrived, but the controller crate did not. The delivery receipt says one pallet while the packing description says two packages. I keep getting the whole consignment marked delivered instead of a crate trace.

What did you actually see on the pallet at arrival? One crate, or another wrapped shape too? I'm asking about the photograph and labels, not what the delivery count might have meant.

One crate in the arrival photos, with the arm-crate label visible. Nothing else wrapped beside it. I have kept those separate from the seller's packing photos.

Give the coordinator the missing controller-crate reference as its own search item. Include the received crate reference for comparison. One pallet and two packages can refer to different counting levels.

The packing photograph should help explain what was meant to travel together, but it still leaves the later handovers to trace. Does it show both identified crates on one pallet?

It shows two crates beside each other, Leo, not on a pallet. I had been calling it the packed pallet photo, which was too generous.

Thanks for checking the photo, Harish. That changes the search question: did the controller crate join the consolidated load at all, rather than where it came off your pallet?

Keep the controller shortage visible in the installation plan as well. The arm arriving can tempt people to book the whole team before anybody knows when the other package will be available.

Has the coordinator found a handover for that crate reference? The received arm label should not be used to close the controller search.

They found a warehouse receipt with the controller-crate reference, Victor. No onward handover yet. Maya, installation stays unbooked; we are not treating a warehouse entry as an arrival date.

Is that a current physical location, Harish, or an older receipt they are using to start the search?

Older receipt, Leo. Current location still unconfirmed. Thanks for catching that wording before I repeated it as found at the warehouse.

Ask who is checking that warehouse now and when they will update you. You've finally got a specific place to investigate, even though the crate itself is not found yet.
