Which FR10 drawing should identify our supplied arm cable?

Our supplied FR10 arm cable has two different end labels, while the guide uses one cable reference. Can the seller confirm the complete cable assembly against our controller identity before the installer connects it?

Yes. Send both end labels, the cable assembly marking if present, and the arm and controller identities with the guide revision. Ask the technical contact to identify the supplied combination and its applicable connection instructions. Two end labels alone do not establish a mismatch.

Thank you Thomas. I had been calling the labels a mismatch, but I do not know whether they name ends or assemblies. The installer has kept it unconnected.

Ask them to annotate which marking means what, because that explanation will be useful when somebody orders a spare later rather than having to repeat your guessing exercise.

The technician says the two labels identify the ends of one assembly. They have not yet confirmed that assembly for our delivered controller.

Then keep that final compatibility question open. Explaining the labels helps, but it does not supply the missing confirmation for the delivered combination.

They have now identified the cable and controller combination and sent the applicable drawing. Our installer is reviewing it before any connection, including the difference from the original guide.

Did the installer find the new drawing complete, Beth, or is there still a connection detail missing?
