Put both references, the packing list and crate-label photo into one request to both contacts. Ask them to match the physical crate to the handover and receiving records, not explain their own reference again.

Sent together. Agent wants the seller's collection receipt, which we haven't been given.

Then ask the seller for that receipt with the crate identifier visible. They arranged the claimed handover; they should be able to help trace it beyond repeating handed over.

Ask for the depot's receiving match and current status. A historic handover may explain the route without telling you where the crate sits now.
