I know to follow the same feature through the released checks now, but this UR5e teaching example has an earlier muddle: the incoming fit-up box was ticked after the bracket was clamped. The photo shows everything aligned under restraint. That does not tell my learners how it fitted before the clamps pulled it there.
Ask the author what they actually checked before closing the clamps, because that tick may be a badly named setup check rather than evidence of incoming fit-up.

That keeps the useful observation without inventing an earlier one; have fabrication define the actual incoming and location checks for the current bracket before the fixture designer inherits the same assumption.
Was the fixture assembled to an identified drawing at the time? Stores may have its issue history, but that will not tell you which contacts the operator actually used.
Its drawing is identified. The operator remembers adding a loose support during loading, though it is absent from the photograph after clamping. I have passed that detail to tooling, not drawn it in as an approved fixture feature.
Good distinction, and ask tooling to account for the loading support as well as the final clamped state; it may explain how the operator presented the parts without becoming a permanent locating feature.
Not found. The current fixture review will observe loading and first released inspection together, with fabrication and quality defining the checks. The old lesson now says exactly which stage was observed and leaves the loose support unidentified.
Keep that uncertainty in the material sent to the fixture designer too, Carla; the lesson can be careful while a separate concept sketch still quietly turns the remembered support into a requirement.
