How do I confirm our UR5e was collected rather than labelled?

Our UR5e order, including its gripper mounting plate, has shown label created for weeks. What confirms physical handover?

A collection or receiving record linked to your package identity would establish the next step. Ask who physically holds the crate now and which transport reference names it; the label alone does not answer either.

Seller says its warehouse handed the crate to an agent. No agent receipt supplied.

Ask the agent to match a receiving record to your crate mark and contents list, including the mounting plate. There may be a separate consolidation reference rather than movement under the label you are watching.

Give your freight coordinator that agent contact as well, so the next search does not rely on sales forwarding the same carrier screenshot.

Agent found the crate under its consolidation reference. The warehouse receipt names our original crate mark.

Ask who authorises its onward release and whether anything is still missing from that instruction before the planner treats located as departing.

Seller issued the release instruction. Coordinator is arranging collection under the agent reference; no collection record yet.

Has the collector's receipt arrived since, Jack? When it does, have the coordinator link it to that same crate rather than revive the unused label as proof of movement.
