I've marked the unsupported ends in our proposed FR10 carton layer, but the packing team has only seen the top view and tooling has only checked finger clearance; I need one review of the filled cartons, including the part-finished layer when an order ends.

We found the awkward bit on a partial order, after everyone had agreed the repeating pattern; show the supported faces over the actual lower layer, then have packaging and tooling follow the same placement sequence, including where the tool leaves each carton.
