Why are we discussing startup when the pendant case has separated?

I unpacked our FR10 pendant and found one enclosure corner visibly separated after the crate took a knock. No power connected. The seller wants a startup video, but I don't want our technician turned into the damage test. How do I ask for an assessment without getting another version of switch it on?

Ask for a competent service inspection of the damaged pendant, with the assembly identity and your photographs. State that it remains unpowered. Don't press the case together or open it to improve the video. The person assessing it needs its received condition, not your best attempt to make it look normal.

Thanks, Leah. I've sent that request with the wide and close photographs and told our technician not to try making the case sit flush. Seller has acknowledged it but hasn't offered an assessor. We're leaving the installation slot unconfirmed.
