four-day FR10 housing-unloading report needs a clearer occurrence

This is the running housing unloader in our prototype area, separate from the unfitted-tooling order. Sent its intermittent FR10 stop video to our Alibaba seller four days ago and got a request for more information. What should I collect around an occurrence so the reply can get beyond a general request for another film?

Identify one occurrence with its readable message, active job step, time and preceding actions. Mark anything absent from the film instead of reconstructing it as fact.

If you have several record sources, keep their original times and any known clock relationship. A near match is not a guaranteed link, particularly if recording started after the interruption

Original film starts late and doesn't show the message. We have two history entries near the operator's recalled time, but I can't choose between them. Kept the files unchanged.

Do not use the more convenient entry as the video's missing message; both remain candidates until the occurrence can be linked

Ask support what capture their technician needs next, with that ambiguity stated.

Technician supplied the supported capture instructions. We have briefed the shift lead. No new occurrence yet, and no changes to provoke one. The two original entries remain separate attachments.

Include the fixture arrangement and installed revision with the next record. They determine what the named wait refers to in this application.

New occurrence captured with a matching timestamp and readable receiving wait. The technician compared the job revision and asked the receiving fixture owner to check the availability history. That's happening separately from the old ambiguous clip.

Has the receiving owner confirmed the interface meaning, or only agreed to inspect it? Those are different answers for the technician

Meaning confirmed for this revision; cause still being investigated. The receiving record shows availability absent at that event. It doesn't say why. We now have a joint technical enquiry rather than a proposed replacement part.

Keep the unanswered why attached to the event, and avoid extending that finding to the older stops you could not identify
