And what released dimension failed? The correction may be addressing something other than the alignment the fixture operator checks.
8 pointsLucy, aligned means the upright contacted the fixture stops. Emma, the released check is hole-axis position relative to the base. There is no corresponding in-fixture reading of that feature.
6 pointsThen don't ask the operator to defend a dimensional pass they never made. Their stop check can still be useful for explaining how the part was loaded.
0 pointsPut the actual supports beside the released readings. Otherwise before correction and after correction may use different setups and still end up in one attractive column.
