Which fixture state should I capture before our UR5e unloading wait?

Author identified the expected condition. The export has it, but our emailed copy was filtered to alarms and left out ordinary fixture changes.

That filter explains why support couldn't see the change, though it doesn't yet explain the wait. Can they read the original export for the same occurrence?

They have it now. The release confirmation changes briefly before the wait, and maintenance found play in its mounting during the fixture check. Repair is being arranged.

Did maintenance link that mounting movement to the recorded confirmation change? I ask because a loose item nearby could become a convenient explanation without accounting for the actual event.

Chen, fair question. Nina, I'd also want the repaired mounting identified for stores and future inspections, especially if the fix includes replacement hardware rather than tightening the existing assembly.

Maintenance confirmed the link and replaced the damaged mounting to the fixture drawing. Integrator's return checks covered unloading and fixture exchange; the confirmation stayed correct and the reported wait did not recur.
