Get the pendant crate's own marking from the seller's package list. Then ask the delivery chain to account for that marking at each handover. The overall delivered status cannot tell you whether this particular crate reached your receiving point.
Delivered FR5 arm, absent pendant crate, unclear consolidated receipt

Photograph the arm crate label you actually received. Put it beside the missing-crate request so nobody answers for the familiar delivered item again.
10 pointsI have the arm label and our receiving photos. Seller supplied a two-crate packing list, but the second marking is unreadable in their photograph. I've asked for that marking in text and a clearer image.
12 pointsThe receiving count matters too. Ask whoever signed what they actually counted, and keep their explanation separate from the printed total; a pallet count and a crate count are not interchangeable.
5 pointsPendant stays missing in stores meanwhile. Don't let delivered close the whole order.
14 pointsHana, yes, but a recollection about counts will not locate the crate. I'd pursue the legible package identity in parallel rather than wait for the receiver to settle the receipt terminology first.
7 pointsAgreed, two enquiries. I meant preserve the receiving evidence now, before a quick explanation becomes everybody's recollection of a delivery they didn't see.
3 pointsReceiver counted one delivered pallet. That doesn't tell us what the consolidator put on it. I've kept that explanation with the receipt; the pendant-package marking is still being chased separately.
8 pointsAsk for the breakdown record at the consolidator. It may connect the individual crate marks to the pallet that left for your site.
9 pointsWho has the trace now? Seller forwarding emails isn't a named freight contact.
23 pointsSeller has now supplied a readable pendant-crate mark and named the consolidator's contact. I have sent that contact our arm label, receipt and the missing mark. No physical location answer yet.
13 pointsKeep the contact's reply precise about custody. If they find an earlier scan, ask which warehouse or carrier accepted the marked crate after it; an old scan is a useful lead, not necessarily its current position.
16 pointsAlso keep the original unclear photo. You can now pair it with the readable marking instead of leaving two apparently different package descriptions in the correspondence.
4 pointsConsolidator found the pendant-crate mark in its intake record, but hasn't found the onward handover. Arm pallet delivery is confirmed separately. The missing package search has narrowed to their records, not finished.
21 pointsThat intake record answers a real stage. Ask for the next search owner and update time while they check the onward movement.
13 pointsDoes their record explicitly identify the teach-pendant package, or have they only matched the marking from your request? I would retain how the contents and crate identity were connected.
19 pointsThe contents connection comes from the seller's packing list. Consolidator matched the external marking, not an opened contents check. Thanks, Isaac; I'll keep that source clear in the receiving note.
8 pointsGood. Installer needs missing pendant package, not shipment delivered with paperwork trouble.
7 pointsOur internal record now says arm received, pendant-package onward movement unconfirmed. Consolidator has assigned a search contact. No delivery arrangement to report for the missing crate.
