I want evidence that someone collected the crate, not another copy of the label. Our UR5e and tray gripper order is supposedly shipped, but the carrier still shows label created. What should connect the seller's claim to a physical handover?

Ask for the crate identifier, packing contents and carrier or collection-agent acceptance record linked to your order. If an agent collected before the named carrier, request that reference chain. Label creation alone does not establish physical collection.
