Our UR5e unload cell sometimes waits above a tray and the pendant still says running. I called it a robot fault in my report to the seller from Alibaba, but I may be using the wrong word. The phone video only shows an arm doing nothing. What information would help?
Capture the active program step and available I/O status at the wait, along with the time for matching logs. Running doesn't mean every condition for the next move is true. The seller needs to see what the program is waiting for, not just the stationary arm.
The active step says waiting for tray accepted. We saw the tray-present input on, which is why I thought that condition was satisfied. I have saved the screen and event time for the seller.
Tray accepted may depend on more than tray present. Ask for the actual condition from the program; the label is only a label. Did the seller explain it, or are they still diagnosing the video?
They found a second required confirmation from our tray identification step. Its reader was intermittently losing the label. The integrator corrected the label presentation and verified the sequence. Our observed waits have stopped, and the operator screen now names the missing confirmation instead of just tray accepted.
