Our UR5e connector ticket has two different fixture photos

Our UR5e connector-unloading support report has photos of both changeover fixtures, but the video doesn't identify which was installed. Seller on Alibaba wants details. I think we need to untangle the attachments first.

Yes. Identify each fixture and link only what you can to a specific occurrence. Keep unmatched photos as background. Then capture the message, active step and time with the installed fixture visible or recorded.

One fixture has a number underneath. The other has an older label, partly damaged. I've separated their photos and asked tooling to identify the second.

Do the clips show any feature that distinguishes the two?

Amara, yes, the newer one has a different rear bracket. I can match two clips to it, but not the earliest clip.

Leave the earliest unmatched. Can the two identified clips be linked to readable messages and log intervals, or do those details still need a new capture?

Only one has a matching message and time. It says outgoing pocket not clear. The other identified clip still has no message.

That one sounds worth sending on its own, with the others clearly separated.

Ask controls what outgoing pocket means in that routine, because the physical station name will help maintenance collect the right view next time.

Controls says receiving nest N3. Fixture is confirmed as revision D, and the ordinary clear input was absent during the matched occurrence. Support has that complete set now.

Ask where that absent input was observed and what produces it. The sequence's view does not yet tell you whether the device, mapping or physical condition is responsible.

At the PLC, Thomas. Maintenance is checking the associated device and target with tooling. Earlier unmatched clips remain separate, thanks for stopping me from folding them all into this diagnosis.

Has the other shift been given N3 and the fixture revision too, so their next report uses the same names?
