Our FR5 arm arrived. Its separately marked mounting-hardware crate did not. The receipt says two packages, without marks.

Our stores once counted two wrapped shapes on a pallet as packages, though one was a protective cover; do your arrival photographs show what those two entries might have meant?

Arm crate and a flat pack beneath it. Flat pack is the stand panel, not mounting hardware.

Leave that panel in the breakdown too. Otherwise somebody will discover your second received item and announce the mystery solved. Ask them to trace the hardware crate by its own mark from the consolidator's intake.

Thank you Sarah. The photos explain our receipt. Freight coordinator is tracing the third item now.

Caleb, does the consolidator acknowledge receiving that third item? I'm not sure whether tracing means they have found it in their records or are still asking the seller for it.

Bruno, I read it as still being checked; Caleb, please say when you know, because the receiving photo only explains the two things that reached you.
