The FR5 reaches the blank in a drawing without fingers

Put it back to provisional. Ask for the whole tool and blank through entry, loading and withdrawal, not just the pickup point.
22pointsStand is provisional now. Designer says the gripper outline is coming from the supplier.
21pointsYou can still compare broad layout choices while you wait, provided the missing tool envelope stays explicit. I would not freeze everything, but I would stop anyone ordering a stand from a reach circle.
8pointsGet the door measured. Supplier can send a perfect gripper model and you'll still be modelling an imaginary opening.
20pointsOur fixture trolley used the same patch of floor everybody liked for a robot stand. Worth walking the setter through any candidate early, while moving a rectangle costs nothing.
12pointsMia, did you move the stand or find another way to bring the fixture in?
10pointsCheck which tool revision arrives. An older outline could look complete while still omitting the fitting that makes the current arrangement awkward
17pointsWho owns the combined drawing, Rick? Otherwise each person may keep approving their own bit.
13pointsOur integrator owns it. Door surveyed, tool revision D received. There's a clash near the handle.
17pointsIs that with the blank held, or during empty-tool withdrawal?
11pointsAnd is changing the approach an option, before the stand gets moved?
13pointsDaniel, loaded entry. Imran, designer is checking a rotated approach and a farther base position.
16pointsJo, we moved the stand in the proposal, then the setter tried the trolley route before it was approved. Keeping the old loading method mattered more than our first tidy layout.
7pointsRick, if the farther position is on the table, maintenance needs a look too. Don't bury the machine's service access just to clear a handle.
1pointsFarther position blocks a service panel. Rotated approach is still being checked with tool D.
22pointsCould the tool designer offer a different fitting arrangement as another option? There may be a cheaper change there than moving the whole base, but it needs the same complete path check before anyone promises that.
15pointsWorth pricing both. Also ask whether a changed fitting is still accessible for replacement; tight packaging can make a small spare into a long job.
21pointsRick, did the rotated approach survive the exit check?
25pointsNot yet cleared. Tool supplier is comparing a fitting change as well. Thanks, Mia; setter is in the review now.
