Our FR10 stops before unloading a housing from its fixture. Seller on Alibaba asked for a longer video. I've already sent one that shows me waiting, walking round the bench, and waiting some more. No extra clue.
I can ask maintenance for logs, but what exactly should we match to the clip so this doesn't become another attachment nobody can use? I don't know whether it's waiting on a sensor or something in the program. The message disappears when the operator closes it.

What is the exact message before they close it? Capture that with the occurrence time and active job step; the stopped pose alone won't tell us what it's waiting for.
