I ordered Universal Robots UR5e with the tray handling gripper from an unnamed seller in China for transferring sample trays. The seller reports handover to a freight agent, but the agent reports awaiting warehouse receipt under another reference. After 37 days of location queries, I still can't establish where our order is.
One's a collection booking. The agent's reference has no arrival event. Our packing list includes Universal Robots UR5e and the tray handling gripper, but neither message links a received crate to it.
