Our FR5 seller sent a handover receipt for the robot and controller cable, but the agent says our booking is still waiting for stock; the receipt has a different customer reference and I can't get either side to connect the two.

Does the receipt identify the crate itself? Ask both contacts to match that identifier, your packing list and the booking together. Another assurance that it was handed over will not resolve the reference mismatch.
