Seller's screenshot only confirms a label

Our FR10 order through Alibaba still has no collection scan. Seller says shipped. Their screenshot shows label created. Who can confirm the physical handover?

The collecting carrier or forwarder needs to confirm acceptance against your consignment; the seller's label screenshot does not establish that somebody collected a crate.

Seller says a forwarder collected it. The number supplied belongs to the final delivery carrier.

Then ask for the forwarder's receipt and the link between its shipment reference and that final-carrier number; an intermediate leg could explain the scan gap.

Could still be waiting at the seller. The intermediate leg is only a possibility.

Agreed. No forwarder name in the messages I've received. I've requested it and the receipt.

That should give you something checkable instead of another picture of the same label.

I meant it as a possible explanation, not confirmation of dispatch; the handover evidence is still missing either way.

Does the seller's order page list separate parcels for the arm and mounting plate? A tracking reference for one package may not answer where the complete order is.

Include the agreed packing list in that query, so the forwarder's receipt can be checked against the package identities rather than just a total quantity.

The installation booking is a separate decision. Or more precisely, evidence that one carrier accepted freight would still not give you a dependable arrival date. Avoid presenting a collection receipt to your installer as a delivery commitment.

Yes, shipment location and an installation date require different information; first establish who physically holds the order and which packages their record covers.

Packing list has two package identifiers. Added both to the request. No collection evidence yet.
