Buying through Alibaba: who can confirm physical handover? - moving sample trays

I ordered Fairino FR10, including the gripper mounting plate, from an unnamed seller in China through Alibaba for moving sample trays. The carrier page has shown label created for 53 days. The seller says it's shipped but keeps sending the same screenshot. I still don't know whether anyone collected our order.

Does the carrier page show a physical handover or acceptance event beneath the label entry? If it doesn't, request a collection receipt for that specific shipment reference

Nothing below it. Just electronic information, no acceptance. Our order lists Fairino FR10 and the gripper mounting plate together; the seller's attachment is only a label.

Ask the carrier if it has the goods, using its published contact details and that reference. Ask the seller who actually collected them, too

@ZaraCarter1004 On my own order, I was chasing the final delivery number while a forwarder handled collection. The collector's name finally untangled it.

@AishaCarter1040 How did you connect those references? I've only got one number, and I don't want to chase a different consignment by mistake.

@ZaraCarter1004 Get the collection number linked to your order and crate label on a document. Otherwise you've just got two mysteries.

The receipt for collection should pin down its transport stage. Make sure its reference and destination correspond to your purchase

@LiamChen1186 Wouldn't that prove collection rather than current location? You could have a perfectly valid receipt and still not know where the crate is.

You're right, I overstated it. Collection is what the receipt can establish. Whoever holds it needs to answer the current-location question

I now have carrier confirmation that our order was collected, tied to the shipment reference. That closes the dispatch question; delivery is still outstanding.

That answers the original collection question. Keeping delivery open is the right distinction
