Support wants more details of our housing-unloading stop. I have a video and no named condition to capture.

Which waiting stage appears on the screen, and which installed job revision?

Wait for tray complete. I've got the installed revision saved with the clip.

Ask the author what tray complete means there, including its source and expected preceding change.

Sent. Their first reply describes the receiving tray; this wait follows source unloading.

Ask them to confirm which job revision they are reading. I have a separate ticket where a supplied export and a vaguely named waiting condition still led to the wrong explanation. More video did not settle that.

They had an earlier revision. Technical reviewer now has our installed copy and matching clip.

Did they explain the actual wait in that copy?

It waits for source-tray removal confirmation. Still asking which field carries that in their export.

Include the operator's observed tray change with the same occurrence when you get that field. A current tray photo cannot reconstruct which tray was present before the captured wait.

The original change note is retained. No field answer yet, so the ticket remains open.
