I ordered Fairino FR10 with the matching controller cable from an unnamed seller in China for loading inspection fixtures.
The seller reports handover to a freight agent, but the agent reports awaiting warehouse receipt under another reference.
After 13 days of location queries, I still can't establish where our order is.
I work beside a parts preparation station, if that helps put the setup in context.
The seller supplied a collection booking, while the agent's warehouse reference shows no arrival.
Although our packing list includes Fairino FR10 and the matching controller cable, neither message identifies a received crate against that order.
@HazelChan1093 Send both references and your crate identifier to each party privately. Ask them to link the numbers and say who last physically received that crate.
I used a shared conversation on a separate freight purchase. Once the contacts could see each other's references, I no longer had to relay and interpret their replies.
@FelixAdams0110 I now have the agent's confirmation that it received our crate, with the seller's reference linked to it. The disputed handover is accounted for, though delivery is still outstanding.
