My FR5 intermittently stops unloading molded connector bodies in our supervised tray cell. I reported it to the unnamed Alibaba seller 14 days ago and sent a phone video. They want more information. I've seen fixture identity get muddled in reports, so what should I link to this occurrence as well as the fitted tray?
