this sleeve-loader pause has no useful close-up

Different station from my earlier fixture-clear wait: our UR5e sleeve unloader pauses after pickup, and the video neatly excludes both displays; seller wants more evidence, reasonably enough, but I'd like the next attachment to answer a question instead of merely showing expensive stillness

What should have happened next? Start there, then get the current application message and controller state from that occurrence. The seller can't infer the sequence from a suspended sleeve.

Next is transfer to the receiving nest, but the app waits for nest available; I have a message now, though it isn't from the original video so I'm not joining them up

What did you observe at the receiving nest for the occurrence with that message?

Operator says empty, no photograph of its indication, so that's still a recollection rather than a captured input state

Can maintenance capture the target and the nest input together? Empty to a person can still look occupied to a sensor with something in front of it.

And identify which nest insert is fitted, because two shapes can look much the same in a wide shot but put the target somewhere different

We've got a linked capture now: empty nest, occupied indication, insert reference visible; maintenance is looking at the target area with the station secured for inspection

Was anything in the sensing area besides the intended target? I would describe what was found rather than jump straight to sensor failed.

A loose strip of label was stuck near the target, but I don't know yet whether it affected this sensing arrangement; no sensor verdict from me

Send that finding with the original captured indication, then ask the seller's technical contact what comparison they need. Don't replace the incident with a photo of the label alone.

Who is checking how it got there? Otherwise the repair could last until the next labelled tray arrives.

Was it from the incoming tray label, Omar, or is that just one possibility? The source matters before anyone changes the labelling routine

Still only a possibility, Lin; maintenance has removed the debris and checked the indication, and the supervised comparison is pending, so I've kept both the cause and the label source open in the ticket
