Our UR5e inspection screen gained an accepted item when I retried a coupon that had already passed after review. Same physical piece, bigger total. How do I fix the count without wiping the failed attempts that explain why it was retried?

Give each physical coupon one current disposition and keep its attempts underneath that identity. Does the application already have a persistent coupon ID? If not, the counter cannot reliably tell a retry from a new piece.
