Our FR10 arrived with its pendant cable fitted, but the separately listed spare wasn't in the kit. The seller keeps sending a photo of the fitted one. How are people getting this particular misunderstanding unstuck?

Send the kit line beside a photo of the empty kit space, with the installed cable identified separately. They may be treating your message as a claim that the robot arrived incomplete.

I've sent that distinction. Their answer is now 'one cable included', which is an answer to a different order, apparently. My accepted kit list says an additional spare.

Quote the additional-spare line exactly. Ask whether they're disputing it or accepting that it's missing. Don't let 'next shipment' float between both answers.

And ask them to identify which document they mean by 'included'. I would not assume the person replying has the kit list you accepted.

Nina, Omar, I attached the accepted list again and asked whether they disputed that line. They have acknowledged the extra cable is due. Still no dispatch reference

Then the quantity argument is settled. The spare still isn't there.

That's how I've left our purchase note: spare acknowledged, not received. The housing-transfer team can see the fitted cable exists without someone quietly closing this shortage for me.
