Which part of the supplied assembly does the guide claim to cover? The arm label matching doesn't tell you that the tool-interface document matches too
Cannot connect our delivered UR5e tool interface from this guide

Get the interface identity and supplied cable markings into the technical query with the mismatching guide page. The installer needs the delivered combination reconciled, not a seller saying the robot model is correct again.
20 pointsIs the discrepancy in a drawing, a connection table or both? That would help service understand what needs correcting without guessing from the cover title.
14 pointsAda, it claims to cover this supplied module. Sofia, both drawing and table differ from its labelled connections.
22 pointsI would send one annotated photograph with the module identification visible, and mark the corresponding differences on the guide page. It may spare you another email exchange in which everybody confirms the same model name and nobody addresses the actual connections.
24 pointsWho is the technical person on the seller's side, Ian, rather than the person forwarding PDFs?
10 pointsIsabel, would you include the full assembly view as well? A close-up might leave service unsure which supplied part the module belongs with.
-6 pointsYes, Sara. Full view plus the readable identification and disputed detail. I meant one clear annotated close-up, not replacing every other useful view with it.
15 pointsHenry, sales is forwarding the query to their technician. Technician has not replied directly. Full view and detail sent.
0 pointsHave your installer stay in that exchange. A revised document may answer the mismatch, but someone responsible still needs to check that it actually covers the supplied module and cables before connection.
8 pointsToby, agreed. Also retain the old document reference so the technician can explain the change instead of simply attaching something called latest.
19 pointsAnd has sales given any date for the technician's answer, or only said it was forwarded?
19 pointsOnly forwarded. No promised answer date. Installer is copied in and has the original guide reference.
11 pointsSara, have you had installers receive a different guide from the purchasing contact before?
8 pointsYes. On a workstation handover, our maintainer had an older attachment than purchasing. We compared the actual files together. That was a document-distribution problem, though Ian still needs a technical answer about this assembly.
14 pointsTechnician has now acknowledged the photographs and says the guide is for another module revision. Correct document promised, not received.
23 pointsUseful progress. Keep the compatibility question open for the installer when it arrives; replacing the wrong guide is necessary but does not finish the supplied-assembly review.
