I sent our seller a video of the UR5e waiting with a polymer sleeve above the tray. Their reply asks for the fault, which is fair because the pendant is a white blur and the tray sensor is behind the camera.
We've been emailing for ages and I'm annoyed with myself for sending something so useless. What should one decent report contain? I don't want the next shift filming the arm for another ten minutes and missing the same thing.
Start with the stop time and readable message. Add the current program step, tray position and the relevant input states from the same event. Short capture, useful detail.
Can the package controls person name the physical device and condition behind that program wait? Sales may just keep asking you for videos until that reaches them.
Yes, that's the person I've requested. Sketch is revision B and I've marked both labels. Also sent the screen time so they don't pair it with my earlier clip.
Their controls person has enough to answer a concrete question now. Did they identify which tray condition was missing? I'd like to hear what the duplicate label turns out to mean.
